About the Role
Join Downer as a Road Marking Coordinator based in Taranaki, New Zealand, where you will lead the operational execution and enhance project outcomes across the region. Responsibilities
- Lead and promote active team participation contributing to strategic business planning.
- Organise, guide, and oversee daily project activities to ensure efficient progress.
- Manage resources including personnel, machinery, technology, and materials effectively.
- Provide administrative support for contract management and assist with month-end closing processes.
- Maintain and control project documentation such as contracts and supplier agreements.
Key Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated understanding of financial controls and quality assurance systems.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects across various sectors successfully.
- Experience in delivering high-quality administrative support and managing financial reporting.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on valuable solution delivery.
- Effective communication skills.
- Holds a valid driver’s license.
