Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a committed and customer-oriented Field Service Technician to operate across Hyderabad. The primary responsibility is to perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of water purifiers, focusing on RO systems, while providing technical support to customers.
Key Duties
- Attend to and resolve assigned customer service tickets efficiently.
- Install and set up Wi-Fi routers and internet-related devices.
- Maintain and repair water purifier connections, particularly RO units.
- Identify and fix hardware and connectivity problems promptly.
- Guide customers in setting up and using mobile applications related to service devices.
- Ensure prompt closure of service requests with excellent customer support.
- Maintain accurate daily service logs and keep ticket status updated.
Daily Expectations
- Resolve at least 10 service tickets each day.
- Travel approximately 80 to 100 kilometers daily to customer locations.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Minimum education of 12th grade or equivalent.
- Prior experience in fields such as DTH, broadband, telecom, or other field service sectors is preferred, but technically knowledgeable freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and customer interaction skills.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones and mobile applications.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler (bike).
- Readiness to travel extensively throughout the assigned area within Hyderabad.
- Basic English writing proficiency is required.
Working Schedule
- Work duration: 9 to 10 hours daily.
- Weekly off: One compensatory day off per week.
Work Location
The assignment area is anywhere within Hyderabad city.
