Role Overview
The HC Lead – Rewards, Analytics and Planning will support strategic and operational execution of Total Rewards, People Analytics, HC Data Audits, and technology advancements. This position focuses on ensuring data-driven decisions, automating processes, and advancing HC service quality aligned with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating and implementing compensation and benefits frameworks that balance market competitiveness and internal fairness.
- Analyzing salary surveys, managing job evaluations, recommending job gradings with talent acquisition, and proposing monetary and non-monetary rewards grounded in performance and market data.
- Supporting AI-based payroll processes and employee self-service tools to enhance transparency and efficiency.
- Conducting regular audits of HC data for accuracy and compliance, maintaining data warehouse and dashboards to provide real-time reporting.
- Developing and sustaining analytics structures and Power BI dashboards to monitor workforce dynamics such as retention and productivity, coordinating with Data Science and Governance teams for consistent reporting.
- Driving digitization efforts in HC processes including payroll, attendance tracking, and reporting, supporting AI tools for data validation, chatbot functionality, and predictive analysis.
- Leading Human Capital budgeting in partnership with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development, aligning funds with strategic priorities like localization, skills upgrade, and tech improvements.
- Enhancing HC service delivery via feedback mechanisms, grievance handling, and policy enhancements.
- Defining and revising HC policies and procedures to comply with labor regulations and corporate standards, ensuring uniform application across all regions.
Interaction Partners
Interfaces regularly with CHRO, HC Business Partners, Finance, Data Governance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Project Teams, Executives, and Department Heads.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 8 years of experience in Human Capital with emphasis on rewards, analytics, and systems management.
- Strong expertise in payroll management, data analytics, and HC systems such as Oracle and BI dashboards.
- Preferred experience in complex, project-oriented environments.
- Bachelor’s degree is required; certifications in AI, Analytics, BI, Six Sigma, or Job Evaluation methods are advantageous.
