Primary Responsibilities

• Protection and monitoring of the assigned area
• Conducting routine inspections
• Monitoring technical installations on site
• Operating alert systems such as fire alarms
• Documenting security-related incidents and recording all measures in the system

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proof of qualification starting from the IHK instruction level, essential for the position
• Proficient German language skills (C1 level) for clear and accurate communication with visitors and colleagues
• Technical understanding of safety-related systems is required
• Basic knowledge of MS Office to accurately complete documentation
• Driving license class B to operate the service vehicle
• Willingness to continue education as development is essential
