Revenue Management Analyst

Overview

Revgrow360, a specialized company dealing with revenue and OTA management for accommodations such as hotels, resorts, homestays, hostels, and B&Bs, is searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Revenue Analyst. This individual will be pivotal in maintaining and elevating revenue outcomes across various categories and assisting the business in delivering tailored customer services.

Key Duties

• Assist the Revenue Manager in daily operations.
• Obtain daily occupancy statistics from partner hotels.
• Respond to inquiries and feedback on online travel agencies (OTAs) and meta search platforms.
• Manage pricing and room inventory following guidance from the Revenue Manager or hotels.
• Handle hotel listings on travel portals like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and Booking.com.
• Compile Online Reputation Management (ORM) reports.
• Process prepaid booking payments received from OTAs.
• Update booking statuses including no-shows and modifications on Booking.com and hourly booking portals.
• Generate monthly hotel performance reports.
• Perform hotel rate parity checks.

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
