Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial inspections of tire casings to assess suitability for retreading and identify needed repairs.
• Use automated buffing equipment to prepare tire casings and perform skiving or sectioning on tires requiring repairs.
• Operate both manual and computer-controlled machinery involved in the retreading process.
• Manage the curing process by operating curing chambers and presses.
• Perform final inspections to ensure tire quality before completion.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong team player attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Basic proficiency with computers is necessary.
• Physical capability to consistently lift weights over 50 pounds.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
