Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Retention Agent (Forex Trader) who is passionate about financial markets and thrives in a results-driven, target-focused environment. This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-achieving team based in Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand client trading portfolios within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Deliver expert advice and support concerning Forex, CFDs, Shares, Commodities, and Cryptocurrency markets.
• Implement effective trading strategies while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with clients.
• Analyze market trends, gather client feedback, and monitor performance indicators to optimize retention.
• Drive client retention initiatives to support overall business growth.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in Forex or CFD trading, client retention, or sales roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CFD products and technical analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency with trading platforms and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Fluent English language skills; proficiency in French is an advantageous addition.
