Retention Agent - Finnish Desk

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Finnish-speaking Retention Agents to join a dynamic foreign exchange (FX) team based in Dubai. This is an office-based role within an expanding FX operation where you will play a crucial part in client retention and reactivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to retain and reactivate them effectively.
• Communicate and negotiate persuasively to close retention deals.
  • Meet set targets with a commercially focused approach.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in Finnish language.
• At least one year of experience specifically as a Retention Agent within the FX industry.
• Demonstrated success in client retention and reactivation strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
• Exposure to international or multicultural work environments is a plus.
• Ready to relocate to Dubai for the role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly base salary of €2,000.
