The Organic World is a prominent retail chain specializing in organic, healthy, and sustainable food products. We seek an energetic and customer-oriented Team Leader to oversee store functions and lead the retail team efficiently in Bangalore.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor retail staff to meet daily sales objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly address customer issues.
• Supervise store operations including merchandising and ensuring product availability.
• Handle inventory management, including stock replenishment and minimizing losses.
• Conduct training sessions to inspire and enhance team members' productivity.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with store management on promotional events and sales initiatives.
• Generate performance reports regularly—daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Maintain high standards in store cleanliness, visual presentation, and operational procedures.
• Assist the Store Manager in meeting sales and profitability targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any field.
• Minimum three years of experience in retail operations, supermarkets, FMCG, or grocery store environments.
• Demonstrated ability in team leadership and shift coordination.
• Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management and excellent customer service skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and generating retail performance reports.

Additional Information

Preferred industries include supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery retail, and FMCG retail chains.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 20,000 and INR 26,000.
