As a Retail Supervisor, you'll be an essential team member, leading by example both in customer-facing roles and behind the scenes maintaining store and warehouse excellence. Store Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store team by being an exemplary host, assisting customers and guiding them efficiently to suitable products.
• Maintain store standards including accurate cash reconciliation, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring audit compliance, and managing inventory.
• Foster camaraderie within the team, contributing to a positive, collaborative, and enjoyable working environment.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager overseeing small teams in fast-moving retail settings.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to convert service quality into sales.
• A curious mindset dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Strong enthusiasm for the Screwfix business and its values.
• Personal attributes including friendliness, flexibility, reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
