Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Retail Supervisor based in Ludhiana, responsible for managing day-to-day store functions. Your duties will include managing store opening and closing, overseeing visual merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will lead and support the sales team, track their performance, and uphold excellent customer service standards on the sales floor. Handling customer inquiries and resolving escalations, maintaining appealing product displays, and ensuring precise billing and documentation are also key parts of this role. Additionally, you will help achieve sales goals, conduct staff training, and maintain a safe, tidy, and professional store environment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experienced in supervising retail teams or frontline staff with strong leadership capabilities.
• Skilled in retail operations such as inventory management, merchandising, and adherence to store procedures.
• Good understanding of jewelry products, gemstones, and precious metals, with eagerness to learn specific brand collections.
• Professional and clear communication abilities for customer and team interactions and management reporting.
• Exceptional customer service aptitude focused on trust-building, addressing concerns, and creating positive customer experiences in-store.
• Background in jewelry or luxury retail preferred along with basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system knowledge.
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent is desired; further credentials in retail or sales are advantageous.
• Ability to work varied hours including standing for extended durations and maintaining accuracy in cash handling and documentation.
