Retail Store Supervisor

Overview

The role requires a fluent command of English and secondary school graduation certification. Candidates should bring 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Work is fully on-site at the Pilot Mound, Manitoba location with no remote option.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct staff including apprentices, stage hands, and the design team.
• Allocate sales team members to their daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage recruitment and training processes for new employees personally or coordinate training arrangements.
• Authorize merchandise returns ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Create and implement employee work schedules.
• Compile and deliver reports covering sales performance, merchandising activities, and personnel management.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise, such as customer concerns, complaints, or inventory shortages.
• Organize and control store inventory effectively.
• Handle cash management duties responsibly.
