Retail Store Manager

Role Overview

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for managing the everyday activities at a retail grocery outlet, ensuring all operations run effectively and efficiently.

Key Duties

• Lead and oversee the staff by assigning job roles and delivering necessary training to uphold performance standards.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by delivering high-quality service and addressing any grievances in a professional manner.
• Supervise the upkeep of store cleanliness, proper arrangement of products, and adequate shelf stocking to optimize shopping experience.
• Handle inventory management including regular stock assessments and implement the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to minimize wastage.
• Assist in achieving sales objectives by monitoring the store's daily business metrics.
• Oversee billing procedures, manage cash transactions, and perform end-of-day financial reconciliations.
• Ensure all store activities comply with established safety, hygiene, and company protocols.

Compensation & Location

This position offers a monthly salary range of 25000 to 33000 INR and is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
