Key Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-centric environment, ensuring every interaction is memorable and seamless.
• Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and collaborative support to empower and engage the team.
• Collaborate with State Leadership to develop and maintain a profitable and efficient store.
• Inspire and drive the team to meet sales targets and key business performance indicators.
• Oversee operational excellence, including roster management and back-of-house administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years managing a fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail store.
• Experience leading medium to large teams in dynamic store environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams toward success.
• Proven commercial insight to surpass sales, wage, and shrinkage KPIs aligned with budgets.
• Keen attention to detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Familiarity with managing large inventory and stock processes.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage values and a sincere desire to contribute to the brand.
• Ability to establish and nurture customer relationships through outstanding service.
