Role Overview

We are searching for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Retail Store Manager to lead our new Ennis branch. This hands-on leadership position involves overseeing daily store performance, driving sales and profitability, and upholding high standards across customer service, merchandising, stock management, and store operations. Your leadership will guide the team in understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Ennis store's daily activities and team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability through effective merchandising and stock control.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards to provide a trustworthy and knowledgeable shopping experience.
• Develop, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and professional growth.
• Ensure all store processes comply with company policies and quality standards.
