Retail Store Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and energetic Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily functions at a kids gaming and entertainment center located in Pacific Mall, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless store operations, delivering outstanding customer experience, managing and guiding staff, meeting financial targets, and upholding safety as well as service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate everyday activities of the gaming center to ensure smooth operation.
• Lead, instruct, and supervise team members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Track sales, revenues, and operational metrics to meet or exceed business goals.
• Address and resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance records, and evaluate employee performance.
• Ensure that gaming equipment and the premises are cleaned and maintained safely.
• Monitor inventory control, billing accuracy, cash management, and prepare daily operational reports.
• Enforce adherence to company policies and operational procedures consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in retail, entertainment, gaming, or hospitality operations.
• Preferably prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with strong communication and customer service capabilities.
• Ability to independently manage team dynamics and daily store functions.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Compensation: ₹55,000 to ₹58,000 per month (take-home, contingent on interview outcome)
