Key Responsibilities

• Create and sustain a customer-centric environment ensuring every interaction is exceptional.
• Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and facilitate teamwork to empower staff.
• Collaborate with State Leadership to optimize store performance and profitability.
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales goals and meet business KPIs.
• Oversee smooth operational processes including staff scheduling and back-office administration.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses at least 2 years' experience managing a busy, high-volume fashion retail outlet.
• Experienced in directing medium to large retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire team members.
• Commercially astute, capable of managing sales, labor costs, and shrinkage in line with budgets.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for visual merchandising and styling.
• Familiarity with handling large stock inventories and stock control procedures.
• Committed to Seed Heritage’s values and passionate about the brand’s lifestyle and offerings.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
