Role Overview

The Retail Store Coordinator will lead and motivate a team to ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves managing various store operations, guiding associates, and enhancing merchandise presentation to uphold the store’s brand and value strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across visual merchandising, customer service, back-room inventory, and merchandise processing.
• Maintain superior customer service and store operations standards by effectively communicating updates and aligning team activities.
• Plan and prioritize tasks, encourage teamwork, and train associates on service standards and operational procedures.
• Develop and coach associates on merchandise presentation and customer service techniques, fostering a culture of improvement.
• Create attractive merchandise displays in prominent store areas to boost the brand and sales.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 2 years of relevant retail or service experience, with solid knowledge of customer needs and operational workflows.
• A collaborative approach to teamwork and building effective working relationships.
• Strong multitasking ability, capable of managing shifting priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and time management skills for clear information flow and efficient task prioritization.

Additional Details

• Candidates must be 18 years or older and will need to pass a criminal record check to qualify.

Location and Compensation

This position is based at the Marshalls store located at 20150 Langley Bypass Unit E90, Langley, British Columbia.

The expected hourly pay range is $20.25 to $25.31, with the final rate depending on the candidate’s skills, experience, and local labor market conditions.
