Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Store Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at the Marshalls store in Kitchener, Ontario. This position requires leading by example to ensure exceptional customer service while managing operational tasks effectively in a lively retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence in visual merchandising, customer service, backroom management, and merchandise processing.
• Maintain superior store operations and service standards by providing regular updates and aligning team efforts.
• Organize, prioritize, and oversee daily tasks, supporting cooperative teamwork and instructing associates on company service policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop associates in merchandise display techniques and customer service skills to cultivate continuous improvement.
• Create attractive merchandise presentations that support the store’s branding and value proposition in prominent areas.

Candidate Profile

• Have 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service, with a solid understanding of customer needs and store operations.
• Exhibit a collaborative team spirit promoting effective partnerships and communication.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess strong communication abilities and effective time management skills to ensure clear information flow and task prioritization.
