Job Overview

This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store, with particular attention to floor care. Duties include operating floor care equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass surfaces. The position adheres strictly to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and requires cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain established floor cleanliness standing, including operating floor equipment proficiently.
• Keep all store areas clean and organized, including sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, ensuring essential supplies in lounges, restrooms, and front end are replenished.
• Be cross-trained to assist in various store departments such as backroom, front end, sales floor.
• Provide support for front end coverage as required.
• Maintain adherence to merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day.
• Comply with operational and loss prevention policies, including measures to minimize shrinkage.
• Communicate effectively and accurately with management and fellow associates.
• Observe labor laws and company policies including associate meal and break periods.
• Engage actively in maintaining a safe work environment through safety awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The starting hourly wage ranges from $14.00 to $14.50, based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
