About the Role

Rooms To Go is seeking a Retail Stock Associate to join their team in the Midland-Odessa area. This dynamic and fast-paced position involves handling furniture packaging, wrapping, and loading for customers. The associate will also arrange furniture displays following the direction of designers and managers, while ensuring the showroom remains clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lift, load, unload, and assemble furniture as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom area.
• Assist in arranging furniture displays as directed by management and designers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly during daily tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied retail schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in furniture handling or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory.
