About the Role

F&B Concept Singapore Pvt Ltd is seeking a reliable Retail Staff member to join their Singapore team on a full-time basis. This position involves direct interaction with customers and supporting store operations in a food and beverage retail environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and helpful service to customers.
• Manage cashiering and point of sale (POS) transactions accurately.
• Organize and restock merchandise and product displays to ensure attractiveness and availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the retail area in line with company guidelines.
• Assist in packing and preparing orders for customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors promptly.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene procedures as prescribed by the company.
• Carry out daily opening and closing tasks to support smooth store operations.
