Job description
Role Summary
We are offering a Retail Shift Manager position in Nottingham with an hourly pay range from 15.45 to 15.95, supplemented by an extra 2.00 per hour on bank holidays and 3.50 for night shifts. The contract entails 35 to 40 working hours per week with shift timings ranging from early morning starts at 5:00AM to late evening closures until 11:00PM. Benefits include 30-35 days holiday on a pro-rata basis, a 10% discount at the store, and enhanced family leave.
About the Role
In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining the store27s high standards daily by leading and motivating your team within a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Responsibility includes managing store operations, stock, freshness, cash processes, and ensuring the customer experience is outstanding every visit.
Key Duties
