Role Overview

We are seeking two full-time Retail Salespersons based remotely in Tema, Greater Accra Region, Ghana—one focused on the Tema area and the other on Accra. The Retail Salesperson will regularly visit shops, malls, and retail outlets to promote and pitch products effectively. Collaboration with the team is essential to meet established sales goals and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Compensation

Salary is negotiable and includes a transport allowance to support field visits.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven retail sales abilities, demonstrating success in reaching sales targets and ethically closing deals.
• Strong product knowledge to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for engaging customers, managing inquiries, and resolving issues professionally.
• Experience in retail environments is preferred, particularly involving market research, technology, or related product sectors.
• Basic numeracy, proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, reliability, attention to detail, and the capacity to remain on one’s feet for lengthy periods.
• Minimum education level: high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is advantageous.
