Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the sales counter and comprehend their needs.
• Create invoices and bills utilizing computer-based billing systems.
• Process payments via cash, UPI, and other available methods.
• Keep daily inventory and stock reports updated and accurate.
• Offer excellent customer support and assist clients in choosing products.
• Verify incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse or store personnel for stock availability.
• Organize the sales counter and product displays neatly.
• Maintain records of daily sales transactions and billing details.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic computer literacy is essential.
• Familiarity with computer billing software and stock management systems.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to handle customers well.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is beneficial.
• Displays honesty, accountability, and punctuality.
• Prior experience in counter sales, retail, or billing roles is preferred.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 10,000 and 14,000 INR.
