Role Responsibilities
- Create and implement extensive training programs for both new recruits and current sales personnel, emphasizing jewellery product knowledge, effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and alignment with brand principles.
- Facilitate training sessions both in physical classrooms and online formats to enhance the competencies of sales teams.
- Provide in-store training and coaching sessions across all Kingdom locations, promoting skill enhancement among staff.
- Collaborate with management to pinpoint training requirements, identify knowledge gaps, and highlight areas for sales team improvement.
- Keep abreast of evolving industry trends, market conditions, and products to ensure the training content remains accurate and relevant.
- Develop engaging training resources such as presentations, manuals, and interactive exercises to reinforce learning.
- Utilize assessment mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness and recognize further development areas.
- Offer personalized coaching with constructive feedback to refine sales techniques, customer interaction, and product expertise.
- Lead practical exercises including role-plays, simulations, and on-the-job training to solidify acquired skills.
- Work alongside product managers and marketing teams to align training material with business strategies.
- Regularly assess and update training methodologies to adapt to shifting market dynamics and sales approaches.
- Monitor sales performance post-training, target continuous development, and provide focused assistance as needed.
- Support onboarding of new sales employees to ensure seamless integration and role adaptation.
- Maintain thorough records related to training sessions, attendance, and performance metrics.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Graduate qualification preferably in Human Resources or Training specialization.
- Additional credentials in Training & Development or CRM are advantageous.
- Certifications such as HRD or GIA enhance candidacy.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years within the retail sector, particularly in sizeable organizations.
