About the Role
As a Retail Sales Trainee at a leading sports equipment retailer, you will be the frontline representative assisting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards suitable products from the HNDRD collection. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving assigned sales goals and sustaining a positive shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance in selecting sports products from the HNDRD range.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales targets set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure product displays are attractive and orderly, adhering to brand standards for merchandising.
- Accurately handle billing, exchanges, and returns through the store's point of sale system.
- Keep track of inventory levels, identify low stock, and assist in stock reconciliation tasks.
- Maintain thorough daily records of sales performance and customer footfall.
- Keep the retail space tidy, well-organized, and prepared for audits at all times.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in retail sales, preferably within a store environment.
- Reside within Hyderabad, specifically Secunderabad-Hyderabad area.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts including weekends.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Physical capability to stand for prolonged periods in a dynamic and fast-moving retail setting.
- Familiarity with customer service, visual merchandising, inventory oversight, and POS billing systems.
Additional Job Details
- Employment is full-time and requires onsite presence in Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Salary range offered is ₹360,000 to ₹450,000 annually.
- Workweek consists of five days, with an informal dress code enforced.
