Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers actively and coach the sales team to adopt a customer-centric and high-performance selling approach.
• Maximize sales effectiveness by assisting customers attentively, promoting store flyers and promotions, and ensuring all team members understand these initiatives.
• Build a culture of continuous learning by training associates on new trends, products, and services, while partnering with store leadership to establish and meet sales objectives.
• Maintain store standards through supporting operational excellence, enforcing health and safety guidelines, loss prevention protocols, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Serve as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing procedures, managing payroll-related administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety and asset protection rules.
• Invest time in personal development and encourage the same mindset among team members to foster ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in retail sales, preferably with technology product sales exposure.
• One to two years in a supervisory position with direct responsibility for meeting sales and service goals is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills capable of motivating both customers and team members.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
