Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers warmly and professionally as they enter the store.
• Identify customers' jewellery needs and suggest appropriate products accordingly.
• Provide clear information on product features, design details, prices, promotional offers, and services.
• Consistently achieve personal and store sales targets.
• Develop strong customer relationships encouraging ongoing patronage.
• Ensure the store's visual merchandising is appealing and well-maintained at all times.
• Manage customer inquiries and effectively resolve any issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Assist with billing, merchandising, stock handling, and various store operational activities as needed.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, standard operating procedures, and security protocols.
• Keep informed about new jewellery collections, current promotions, and market trends.
