About the Role

Camsaw Distributors Ltd, specialists in garden machinery and equipment serving DIY, Hardware, and Dealer stores throughout Ireland, is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Merchandiser. This full-time role is ideally based in Laois, Offaly, Carlow, Kilkenny, Kildare, or Tipperary in the Republic of Ireland. The role focuses on enhancing the retail environment to boost customer engagement and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and install innovative, visually attractive product displays showcasing machinery, tools, and accessories.
• Work closely with store management to ensure displays meet sales targets, reflect seasonal themes, and highlight promotions.
• Maintain optimal store layout for easy navigation and effective product placement.
• Keep displays fresh by integrating current design trends and product updates.
• Regularly update displays to incorporate new stock, seasonal changes, and promotional materials.
• Monitor display stock levels and coordinate with stock teams to preserve display quality.
• Support planning and delivery of customer events throughout the year.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and the National Retail Sales Manager to assist with sales orders and related business processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail hardware or related fields.
• Strong creative and design skills with the ability to identify trends.
• Strategic thinker with an understanding of the customer journey and its influence on sales.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working autonomously.
• Proficient in IT essential to the role.
• Possession of a full clean driving license.
