About the Role
As a Retail Sales Executive at Surana Sales, located in Pune, Maharashtra, you will engage directly with customers to understand their requirements relating to plywood, laminates, hardware, fittings, and other interior materials. You will assist in making suitable product recommendations for kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and interiors based on customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome customers and discern their specific product needs.
- Clarify product details including features, grades, finishes, dimensions, and pricing structures.
- Guide customers in selecting appropriate materials suited to their projects.
- Generate quotations and support customers through the order finalization process.
- Collaborate with the billing/accounting team and warehouse staff to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and WhatsApp, and actively follow up on potential leads.
- Maintain showroom aesthetics by keeping displays clean, organized, and well-arranged.
- Record basic sales transactions and maintain customer information systematically.
- Assist designers and contractors with material choices as needed.
