Job description
Role Summary
The Retail Sales Coordinator will provide critical administrative and sales assistance to the sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities include facilitating inter-department coordination, supporting daily sales operations, and furnishing necessary information to satisfy customer needs and meet departmental KPIs. This position is located in Riyadh and reports to the Area Sales Manager of Retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Retail Department Head by preparing and updating reports, gathering and consolidating pertinent information, and coordinating activities across regions and with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth task execution.
- Support sales personnel by monitoring and following up on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to help maintain healthy liquidity levels at Jotun.
- Serve as a communication link between the Sales Manager, sales team members, and other internal departments by disseminating vital information.
- Effectively relay external inquiries and relevant information as received.
- Collaborate with Customer Service regarding price changes and customer queries, assist in updating pricing within systems, and help maintain current customer credit files.
Qualifications and Profile
- Diploma or bachelor's degree is required.
- One to two years of experience relevant to sales support functions.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and responsibility for outcomes.
- Ability to build and leverage a network of contacts to achieve objectives.
- Possesses specialized knowledge in their field and engages actively in professional development.
- Employs a systematic, planned approach with clear prioritization and resource management.
- Communicates clearly, confidently, and effectively.
- Works well in teams by sharing knowledge and supporting collective goals.
