Role Overview

The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences and supporting sales efforts. Responsibilities also include overseeing operational tasks such as administration, vendor and inventory management, logistics, and generating sales reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding client interactions and foster long-lasting customer relationships in the store.
• Lead and manage store operations and administration, including maintaining up-to-date financial records and managing staff.
• Maintain detailed records relating to vendor coordination.
• Coordinate logistics by tracking inward and outward movement of rugs and store inventory using NAV system for challan processing.
• Manage store assets, stock, and inventory efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and follow up on important emails received at the store.
• Prepare key documents such as proforma invoices, price quotations, presentations, and other materials using Microsoft Office.
• Compile and generate regular sales reports to inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field; advanced degrees such as MSc/MA are preferred.
• Proven track record in retail management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Solid knowledge of retail management practices and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities and leadership qualities.
