Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Represent top-tier appliance brands noted for their style and innovation within Australia.
• Provide outstanding customer service through consultative and personalized interactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals.
• Meet sales goals and margin targets while achieving KPIs centered on both performance and customer satisfaction.
• Offer tailored product recommendations by acquiring and applying in-depth product knowledge and staying current with design and technology trends.
• Assist with events, demonstrations, and VIP engagements to enhance the in-store customer experience.
• Ensure showroom presentation aligns with premium brand standards.
• Accurately handle sales paperwork from quoting to coordination with service, logistics, and suppliers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in premium retail, sales, or customer service roles.
• Strong enthusiasm for design, innovation, and the home living industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn about technical product features and advise customers confidently.
• Professional personal presentation standards.
• Proficient computer skills with particular advantage given to familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Availability to work weekends within a lively showroom environment.
