Join duckduckbaby as a Retail Sales Associate at our Gurgaon Golf Course Road store, serving as the welcoming face to customers seeking quality baby products. In this full-time role reporting to the Store Manager, you will be instrumental in translating the brand vision into exceptional in-store experiences, ensuring both parents and their little ones leave happily with our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist customers, creating a friendly and engaging shopping atmosphere.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of duckduckbaby’s product range, confidently sharing product features, benefits, and care guidance.
• Consistently meet or surpass individual and store sales objectives.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and tailored product recommendations.
• Effectively convert store visitors into buyers by engaging them with relevant product choices.
• Maintain organized, fully stocked, and clean shelves to promote a welcoming shopping environment.
• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Keep abreast of emerging baby product trends and customer preferences to offer thoughtful advice.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to the team to enhance overall service quality.
