The Role

We are currently seeking a Retail Sales Assistant, known as an Active Stylist, to join our Erina store. This position involves more than traditional sales; it requires connecting with customers through expert styling advice on activewear to ensure each customer feels confident and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice and exceptional service to enhance customer confidence.
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers by leveraging strong product knowledge, assisting with purchases, and upselling.
• Drive sales and contribute actively to meeting store KPIs and targets.
• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining store presentation standards.
• Demonstrate energy, professionalism, and authenticity in every shift.
