Retail Sales Assistant

Position Overview

The Retail Sales Assistant acts as the essential connection between our brand and customers, delivering expert product advice and fostering a refined shopping environment. This role demands in-depth product knowledge, effective communication, and attentiveness to client needs.

Primary Duties in the Store

• Greet customers warmly and offer professional consultations to meet their requirements.
• Suggest and sell products tailored to customer preferences and styles.
• Deliver top-notch customer service while upholding store presentation standards.
• Educate customers on product features, fashion trends, and ongoing promotions.
• Accurately manage transactions using cash, card, or other payment channels.
• Strive to achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining excellent customer experiences.
• Address customer questions, concerns, returns, and feedback with professionalism.
• Organize and display merchandise consistent with company visual merchandising guidelines.
• Restock products timely, ensuring availability and neat presentation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and overall appearance at all times.
• Participate in regular stock counts and support inventory accuracy.

Office/Warehouse Responsibilities

• Assist with order processing, including picking, quality checking, and packing online sales.
• Verify product details such as quality, size, color, and quantity to minimize errors.
• Keep the office/warehouse organized and maintain company assets properly.
• Support inventory reconciliation and stock transfers between warehouse and stores.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise logistics efficiently.
• Complete operational assignments for the Singapore market, as directed by management.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Store Manager or Operations team.

Qualification Requirements

• Singapore citizen or valid work permit holder.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion sector.
• Strong passion for fashion and awareness of current trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to create positive customer interactions.
• Confidence in sales strategies and ability to recommend supplementary products.
• Highly customer-focused with a proactive and determined mindset.
• Able to perform well under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
