Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant who will be the welcoming face for customers visiting our store. This position involves assisting clients, solving problems, and contributing meaningfully to our business. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients
• Conduct water testing and provide expert advice on chemical and equipment solutions
• Manage stock control and merchandising duties
• Handle store opening procedures and cash management
• Complete retail reporting, inventory checks, and end-of-day tasks

Candidate Attributes

• Must hold a current unrestricted driver's licence
• Consent to a police clearance check if not already cleared
• Preferably self-motivated with the ability to manage your own client base independently

While experience in the pool and spa industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. Key qualities include a positive learning attitude, quick thinking, and alignment with our company values.
