Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Advisor based in Singapore, you will be the enthusiastic face guiding customers through their culinary discoveries. Your role involves delivering outstanding customer service, sharing expert product knowledge, maintaining appealing visual merchandising, and supporting daily store operations including sales and inventory management. Your energy and commitment will be key in promoting the brand and contributing to the store’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Design and maintain attractive product displays consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Oversee inventory activities such as restocking and sales tracking with accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with the retail team to meet or exceed store sales objectives and nurture a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in retail sales is preferred to ensure familiarity with customer service and store operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse clientele.
- A proactive, responsible team player with solid problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Singapore’s multicultural customers.
- Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents in compliance with local workforce policies.
