Role Summary and Responsibilities

We invite applications for an experienced Retail Pharmacy Manager to lead our Bondi branch. This leadership role requires oversight of staff management, inventory control, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be organized, efficient, and customer-oriented, able to make clear decisions while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.

• Lead and develop retail staff to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Manage inventory precisely to ensure product availability and minimize waste
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer issues with professionalism and empathy

Candidate Profile

• Proven ability to manage a team in alignment with legislative, procedural and medication safety standards
• At least two years of experience in a comparable managerial role within retail pharmacy
• Strong dedication to enhancing customer service, inventory management, and quality improvement
• Essential prior experience in a retail pharmacy environment
• Preferably experienced with Point of Sale (POS) computer systems
