About the Role

As a Retail Pharmacist at Plazza Health Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring trust and safety for our customers at the pharmacy counter. You will be responsible for verifying prescriptions, checking for drug interactions, and providing clear guidance on medication usage to patients. This role is key to delivering the quality healthcare that forms the core of Plazza's commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medicines based on prescriptions, attentively monitoring dosage and patient safety.
• Manage store inventory including stock audits, expiry date tracking, and timely reordering to avoid any stock shortages.
• Provide clear instructions and answer basic health-related queries for customers regarding medicine use.
• Ensure the pharmacy store operates in full compliance with Plazza's standards and regulatory requirements daily.
• Coordinate with operations and the central teams to report stock issues, give feedback, and enhance store operations.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Pharm.D, or M.Pharm degree along with valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council; registration with Karnataka State Pharmacy Council is preferred.
• Preferred experience of 1 to 5 years in retail pharmacy; however, freshly registered candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing prescriptions and dispensing medications.
• Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada and able to effectively explain medicine administration to customers.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems or demonstrated ability to quickly learn such software.

Additional Details

• Work location: Bengaluru, store-based (exact store assigned upon joining).
• Work schedule: 6 days per week.
• Experience desired: 1 to 3 years preferred; fresh graduates with valid registrations are welcome.
• Compensation: Starting at ₹18,000 per month for freshers; competitive salary offered for experienced candidates during the hiring process.
