Role Overview

We are inviting a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Pharmacist to join our Ramsay Pharmacy team located in New Farm Merthyr Village on a full-time basis. This role suits professionals who are enthusiastic about offering exceptional service in a community-oriented and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert counseling and guidance to patients regarding their medications and health.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet key performance indicators and sales objectives.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and patient-focused environment within the pharmacy.
• Contribute to ongoing operational improvements and enhancements in customer service experience.

Candidate Profile

• Strong passion for community pharmacy and improving patient health outcomes.
• Capability to lead and support pharmacy staff in delivering safe and quality healthcare services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in retail pharmacy is preferred though not mandatory.
• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Genuine commitment to community health and patient care.
