Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising assistance to retailers focused on meeting customers' needs.
• Create and organize product displays and end caps within store locations.
• Restock shelves with proper product rotation to maintain fresh inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels to help stores and suppliers maximize sales potential.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable engaging with customers and store management in a positive, friendly manner.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Physically capable of tasks involving moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation is essential to commute to the work site.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills with clients, customers, and colleagues.
• A motivated self-starter driven by action and results.
• Ability to work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Always prioritize safety when performing duties within the retail setting.

Compensation and Benefits
