Role Summary

We are seeking a Retail Merchandiser who will be integral in maintaining our Travel Centers and Plazas. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory and vendor relations, ensuring merchandise is displayed to promote value items and increase sales, and providing prompt, friendly service in a clean environment to enhance guest experiences.

Primary Duties

  • Maintain well-stocked and orderly Travel Centers and Plazas.
  • Deliver rapid service with a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Assist guests promptly and courteously with their needs.
  • Oversee vendor deliveries and inventory management.
  • Effectively merchandise promotions and value products to boost sales.
  • Interpret sales-related data from key reports to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to foster a guest-centered culture.
  • Organizational skills to manage and stock shelves efficiently.
  • Comfort using computers, telephones, and other operational equipment.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Previous retail experience or similar roles preferred.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
