As a Retail Merchandiser, your primary responsibility is to enhance the shopping experience by providing essential in-store merchandising support. This involves assembling displays and end caps, reorganizing shelves through product rotation, and monitoring inventory levels to maximize sales potential for both stores and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Construct and arrange feature displays and end caps to attract shoppers.
• Reset and rotate products on shelves ensuring proper stock presentation.
• Track and manage inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and other manual activities.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the assigned work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication abilities to engage effectively with clients, customers, and team members.
• A self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude focused on results.
• Capable of working independently as well as contributing positively to team efforts.
• Committed to maintaining a safety-first mindset in a retail setting.
