Role Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop your retail team to meet business objectives and enhance performance.
- Encourage customer loyalty by ensuring a warm and inviting in-store atmosphere.
- Oversee stock control, merchandising strategies, staff rostering, and compliance adherence.
- Manage daily operations on the shop floor and provide support to the dispensary team as needed.

Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in retail management or team leadership, ideally in pharmacy or health retail settings.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Background managing key performance indicators, budgets, and payroll processes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while fostering teamwork.
- Possession or willingness to obtain a current police clearance.
- Additional advantage: S2/S3 certification or relevant pharmacy experience.
