As a full-time Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the team and overseeing store operations while developing your own career path. Reporting to the Retail Director, you will ensure daily store activities run efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team through effective scheduling, comprehensive training programs, conducting performance reviews, and recruiting new members.
• Manage day-to-day store operations ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining retail standards, and smooth store workflow.
• Handle business metrics including managing budgets, tracking expenses, setting achievable targets, and leveraging marketing tools to drive sales growth.
• Champion excellent customer experiences by guiding the team towards exceptional service delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, while efficiently managing inventory and staff rostering.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail or healthcare environments; specific industry experience is advantageous but not obligatory.
• Strong abilities in communication and interpersonal relations to build strategic connections with diverse stakeholders.
• A genuine enthusiasm for delivering superior customer service and ongoing customer care.
• A collaborative team player who fosters positive working relationships both with colleagues and customers.
