Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to join our team at Frankfurt Airport Retail GmbH & Co. KG in Frankfurt, Germany. This full-time position entails ensuring smooth store operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. A blend of operational efficiency and strategic management is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and foster collaborative engagement with the management and specialized departments.
  • Enhance sales and distribution performance through KPI monitoring and devise promotional initiatives.
  • Lead and motivate the team while securing customer and sales objectives.
  • Supervise inventory processes, as well as hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance; handle customer inquiries and grievances effectively.

Profile & Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably in business administration, gastronomy, or a related field.
  • Experience in the gastronomy sector, ideally in roles such as restaurant or F&B manager or equivalent positions.
  • Preferably, product knowledge in perfume, cosmetics, and consumables.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Confident and authentic demeanor, capable of independently setting goals and making decisions within own responsibility.
  • Quick-witted, well-organized, team-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving demands.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient with MS Office and a strong technical aptitude, open to quickly learning new systems and tools.
