About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the Max Spielmann branch in Whitehaven, part of the Timpson Group, a thriving high street service retailer. This permanent, full-time position offers a starting salary of A326,520 annually, rising to A326,894 after a successful probationary period, with an opportunity to earn an uncapped weekly bonus.

Responsibilities

As Store Manager, you will oversee and drive the daily operation of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and managing photographic services such as prints, canvases, frames, photo gifts, and Photoshop editing. You will create an energetic and inviting shopping environment, promoting the brand's service quality and team spirit.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Working Hours

This is a full-time role requiring approximately 40 hours per week, spread over five days including weekends, with occasional overtime once trained.
