Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Retail Manager to lead operations in a dynamic, high-performance setting, ensuring the smooth management of product ranges, inventory, customer service standards, and staff performance. This is a full-time permanent position located at 6 Tingwell Blvd, Eastgardens NSW 2036.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage suitable product assortments, stock levels, and maintain superior customer service standards.
- Design and implement purchasing and marketing plans, establishing competitive pricing models.
- Plan and oversee promotional and advertising initiatives for the company's offerings.
- Guide customers in product selection, detailing product use and features.
- Track and maintain accurate records for inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
- Develop and manage budgets to support financial performance.
- Recruit, select, train, assign duties, and supervise employees to ensure effective team performance.
- Enforce health and safety procedures in compliance with occupational standards.
Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a related retail management role.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and set an example for the team.
- Outstanding communication skills and a focus on customer service excellence.
- Well-developed organizational and time management capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication proficiency.
- A passion for fostering a positive and motivating team environment.
Compensation
The position offers an annual salary of $79,500, excluding superannuation.
